The Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education’s (MBHTE) Technical Education and Skills Development gears up to set the stage to showcase unparalleled skills and talents for the 2023 Regional Skills Competition (RSC) which will be held from December 4 to 8, 2023.

The RSC will be participated by the winners of the Provincial Skills Competition held in the different provinces of BARMM conducted last October 23-27.

Participants will compete in four (4) skills areas which include Cooking, Electrical Installation, Information Network Cabling, and IT Network Systems Administration.

The RSC is annually conducted by the MBHTE TESD to showcase the skills and talents of competitors who portray excellence in their chosen qualifications.

It serves as a platform to recognize the skills excellence of young industry-skilled workers and graduates of technical-vocational schools and training centers.

Winners of the RSC will have the honor of representing BARMM at the Philippine National Skills Competition, and if fortunate, they will undergo further training to prepare them for international skills competitions like the ASEAN and World Skills Competitions.
