Education Ministry distributes 5,560 MBHTE-designed armchairs in Tawi-Tawi

In a continuous effort to advance the cause of quality education in the Bangsamoro region, the Ministry of Basic, Higher, and Technical Education (MBHTE) has successfully distributed 5,560 specially designed armchairs to schools within the schools division of Tawi-Tawi.

The core objective of this program is to provide learners with comfortable and conducive learning spaces, fostering an environment that positively influences the overall learning experience. The carefully designed armchairs, a product of MBHTE’s commitment to educational excellence, aim to enhance the physical learning environment for students across the region.

The distribution list encompasses schools from both the Languyan and Mapun Districts, providing a comprehensive coverage across the educational landscape of Tawi-Tawi. A total of 32 schools in the Languyan District and 20 schools in the Mapun District have benefited from this initiative.

MBHTE Minister Mohagher Iqbal emphasized that this strategic allocation ensures that each school within Tawi-Tawi’s educational landscape is equipped with the necessary resources to create a comfortable seating arrangement.
