Relative to the conduct of the CY 2023 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) , the Bangsamoro Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (BDRRMC) Memorandum No. 0012, s. 2023 through the Bangsamoro READi, encouraging the participation of all Member – Ministries, Offices, and Provincial/City/Municipal DRRM Councils to the said activity on 07 September 2023, 2:00 PM.
Anent this, all public and private schools, and offices under the Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (MBHTE) are enjoined to participate in the above mentioned activity.
