The Ministry Basic, Higher and Technical Education led the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a 2-storey 10 classrooms building in Sapa-Sapa, Tawi-Tawi.

The classroom is a project under the Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education’s (MBHTE) Education Facilities Section that aims to construct new school buildings for the students and the faculties. It is funded under the Special Development Fund 2020.

Minister Iqbal has emphasized that the construction of school buildings in BARMM epitomize the ministry’s dedication to providing the best and safe learning facilities for the students while effectively utilizing public funds.

The school building has a contract budget of P22,208, 817.68 under the contractor Majda Construction ad Development.

The Ministry emphasizes the commitment, transparency, and observance of Moral Governance in all programs of the BARMM education sector.
