One of the editors, Sheikh Mohammad Taib Pangca posted on facebook page his appreciation to education minister, Mohagher Iqbal and MBHTE personnel for their efforts on Madaris textbooks development.
“Thanks a lot for their efforts on the continuation of this noble project for the benefits of our children and new coming generation,” he said.
Pangca related that among the books they edited were Tawheed for grades 2 and 3 and 4 textbooks of ‘Assharf’ Morphology for Grade 3, 4, 5 & 6 which he wrote.
MBHTE shall regulate the curriculum and operations of the traditional Madaris in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
It has drafted the education code to be soon passed by the Bangsamoro Parliament of which Madrasah education will be given utmost attention and support.
Most of Madaris in the BARMM operate through the support of parents and community stakeholders. Others get support of the local government units.
