MBHTE hires, promotes 70 teaching, non-teaching positions in Basic, Higher Education

The Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (MBHTE) held Monday, June 24, the oath-taking ceremony and signing of appointments of 70 newly hired and promoted teaching and non-teaching personnel from the Schools Division Office of Cotabato City (SDOCC), as well as in Basic and Higher Education.

Education Minister Mohagher Iqbal emphasized that these individuals are now morally committed to their responsibilities and duties, vowing to perform their tasks with honesty and honor.

“We will do everything possible, to the best of our abilities, to hire more and more teachers kasi dito nakasalalay ang future ng Bangsamoro,” he said.

Moreover, he underscored that the best education is the type that addresses affairs both in this world and in the hereafter.

SDOCC Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Concepcion Balawag extended her congratulations and stressed the these personnel are now with great power that comes with great responsibility.

Adding “accountability,” she said that the more responsibility these personnel hold, the more accountability comes with it.
