The Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (MBHTE), through its Education Facilities Section (EFS), turned over Thursday, May 11, a 2-storey with 10-classroom school building project at Hadji Buto School of Arts and Trades (HBSAT) in the Province of Sulu.
This project of the 3A’s Construction, which was subsidized under the 2020 Bangsamoro Appropriations Act, started construction last March 2021.
Constructions and repairs of school buildings and facilities across the 11 schools divisions in BARMM, including those for the higher education institutions and TESD training centers, were the result of the continuous monitoring and evaluation activities of the EFS which aims to identify infrastructure needs and ensure betterment of educational experiences of learners at all levels.
Since then, the MBHTE has always been geared toward the construction of school building projects and facilities that are structured in adherence to quality standards and designed to be more resilient infrastructures.
