The Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (MBHTE), through its Education Facilities Section conducted on Wednesday, February 15, a turnover ceremony for the school building projects at Marawi City and Marantao, Lanao Del Sur I.

The Ministry turned over two units of 1-Storey with 2-classroom MBHTE Flagship School Building at Datu Macaorao Primary School, SDO Marawi City and at Camalig Elementary School – Annex, SDO Lanao Del Sur.

All school beneficiaries were identified based on their need for additional classrooms for its learners and teachers.

Also present during each turnover ceremony are Marawi City Schools Division Superintendent Anna Zenaida Unte-Alonto and Lanao Del Sur I Schools Division Superintendent Sahanee M. Sumagayan.

Minister Iqbal emphasized that the construction of school building projects is an ongoing program of the MBHTE to all the schools division offices, higher education institutions, and TESD training centers.
