Education Minister Mohagher Iqbal warmly acknowledged and honored the achievements of Bangsamoro young athletes who secured medals at the 2023 Palarong Pambansa held in Marikina City last August.
Athletes from various divisions representing the Bangsamoro region, who won during the Palaro, were rewarded with well-deserved cash incentives. Their coaches were also given monetary recognition for their contributions.
This commendation of the athletes’ accomplishments took place during the second day of the COA-MBHTE Entrance Conference held today, November 14, in Davao City.
The ceremony aimed to reflect Ministry’s commitment to recognize and support the talents, skills, and efforts of young athletes in BARMM.
