Mag Sur SDO marks completion of newly built classrooms in Tinindanan ES

On March 7, 2024, Tinindanan Elementary School marked a significant milestone with the completion of the construction of a one storey building, two new classrooms. The turn-over ceremony was conducted by the Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education through its Education Facilities Section that was attended by school officials, local government representatives, and MBHTE representatives.

Funded by the Special Education Development Fund (SDF) 2021, the project aimed to address the pressing need for additional classroom space to accommodate the growing number of students in the area. The construction, was spearheaded by Ground Level Construction, with the contract amounting to Php 4,432,769.99.

The newly constructed one-story building included modern facilities and a conducive learning environment, providing students with an enhanced educational experience. The addition of these classrooms not only expands the school’s capacity but also underscores the commitment to quality education in the community.

MBHTE Minister Mohagher Iqbal continues to emphasize that investing in education infrastructure, such as these newly completed classrooms, is a fundamental step towards ensuring that every child has access to quality education in the Bangsamoro region. These facilities not only provide space for learning but also serve as a beacon of hope for the community’s future generations.
